przytoczę wytłumaczenie Arqona dotyczace tej kwestii:
it’s because the check for the hit and the hit itself are handled in two almost-completely unrelated bits of code. (You can also hit people multiple times in one frame if pmove is on). It’s pretty rare for either of them to actually happen though.
