Ustaw ręcznie poszczególne opcje. Nie zmieniaj wszystkich na raz, ale pojedynczo, zacznij od opcji oświetlenia. O ile pamiętam Stalker też nie zmieniał wszystkich ustawień automatycznie.
Możliwe też, że masz config tylko do odczytu i gra nie może zapisać ustawień.
