Tal, jeden z organizatorów Clanbase zapowiedział, że finały EuroCUP VI LAN odbędą się tylko dla cs'a, tam gdzie w zeszłym roku, czyli w holenderskim Game Syndicate:

"The LAN final of EuroCup VI will be held in The Game Syndicate (just like last time) in the weekend of January 11-12. We've decided to make it a lean and mean event and only invite the 4 finalists of CounterStrike EuroCup. The reason for the limited size is lack of time the past few months to properly prepare the event in terms of contacting sponsors etc. We realize that this is disappointing for fans of other games than CounterStrike but rest assured that we will be back better and bigger with EuroCup VII, July next year !"

Jest to zgodne z tym co GodSmurf zakładał w sierpniu tego roku (link) i o czym pisaliśmy też u nas. Wszystkie EuroCups prócz cs miały być w całości rozegrane online, co obniża niestety nieco autorytet EuroCup. Może za rok będzie ciekawiej.
